The Sandy Swashbuckler is owned and run by Cordelia Estrelaint, however it is also NPC staffed by her adopted daughter, Senah Entialpoh. A thick fillet of salmon breaded with sunset wheat flour and fried in rich butter and savoury spices. Served with roasted sliced salt leeks and popotoes

Lean dodo tenderloin grilled over an open flame. Served with fried popotoes.
Grilled trout: 25gil
A fresh princess trout sprinkled with salt and garlic and grilled over an open flame. Served with fried popotoes.

Fillet of oven-baked black sole smothered in a leek and mushroom sauce. Served with roasted popotoes.
Stuffed artichoke: 25gil
A roasted artichoke stuffed with a savoury blend of pungent cheese and succulent crab meat. Served with roasted popotoes.

A favourite on the coasts of Vylbrand. Apkallu eggs beaten and then cooked in rich butter until fluffy and light with black truffle mushrooms. Served with fresh tomato sauce.
